In our constant search for the highest quality coffee producing countries, we came across two origins: a naturally processed coffee from Brazil, more precisely from the Sul de Minas region, and a coffee, also naturally processed, from Kenya, whose plantations are on the slopes of Kilimanjaro.
Both coffees had unique characteristics, a very pronounced body and released fruity aromas in the cup that led us to try to blend them, to try to combine all the positive aspects that their beans contained. Initially, however, the result obtained did not satisfy us, and this is where a third coffee origin came into play and precisely we combined them with a washed coffee, from Papua New Guinea.
Taste description
Coffee have a pronounced body, a very light acidity that is almost non-existent, a sweet and fruity aroma with a perfectly balanced aftertaste.
