Our goal is provide extreme care for the bees as this is a large element often left out when raising bees and allowing them to provide the honey. Our honey is situated in areas which a wide variety of foliage allowing our honey to range from a bright gold colour down to a much deeper amber. The one we are sending is a bright gold.
Eltham Bees taste description
Our honey is situated amongst linden trees which profile a lime profile which is our staple. Most of our hives are in controlled environments which give our honey a depth of flavours as the foliage they select ranges widely between many fruit bushes. You can expect lime, blackberry, bramble, and earthy nutty flavours.
