A dip with a lot of personality: smoky, pleasant flavor from the grilled Eggplant and nutty tahini. Baba Ganoush gets its typical smoky flavor from grilled eggplants rounded off with sesame paste, which gives the dip its fine, nutty note and creaminess. Salt, pepper, lemon juice and garlic give our dip its deliciously varied flavor. Our Baba Ganoush is crafted from the light smocked taste of the roasted Eggplant enhanced with a slightly nutty tasting sesame paste, and perfected to achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. There's also a tangy note of lemon, and garlic. Overall, it’s a savory, harmonious dip, with flavors that are both comforting and fresh.
